We ship globally to provide you with the best products. Please note the following estimated delivery windows:

 Please note: Delivery times can vary depending on your destination country and local customs clearance processes. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Shipping Model & Tracking
To maintain competitive pricing and direct service, our shipping model focuses on efficient, direct-to-door delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email. We personally monitor the progress of your shipments to ensure they are on track.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
Because we ship globally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. NovaGlow has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
5. Delivery Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including zip/postal code and a working phone number). NovaGlow is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
