Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We ship worldwide.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or any reason unrelated to a product defect or shipping error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hamzah1dwairy1@gmail.com.

To process your request, please provide:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

After reviewing and approving your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds
